Our double room Karwendel with about 26m² has a bathroom with shower or bathtub and a toilet. The seating area in the room invites you to linger. The balcony of the room opens you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the breathtaking landscape around the Achensee.

The prices in EURO are per person and day incl. the legally valid VAT and are valid for a stay of 7 days or more. In addition to the room rates there is a residence tax of € 3,-- per person and day. Children up to the year of birth 2006 are exempt from the local tax.
Prices include half board per person per day, for stays of 7 nights or more.
Short stay surcharge for overnight stays:
- between 1-3 nights € 8.-- per person per day
- between 4-6 nights € 3.-- per person per day.
(plus local tax € 3.-- per person per day).
At the price of bed and breakfast € 14.-- per person / day will be deducted.
