THINGS TO KNOW
The Achenseecard is our guest card. With this card you can explore the entire Achensee region free of charge with the Regio-Bus. Participation in the hiking program or children's program is also free for Achenseecard holders, as well as the free Achensee WLAN at certain points. In winter, the use of cross-country ski trails is also included with the Achenseecard.

You can buy the card from the beginning of May to the end of October (for 7 days) at our reception.
With it you can visit the following attractions for 7 days as often as you like:

- Achensee boat trip
- Achensee Museum and Adventure World in Maurach
- Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens
- Notburga Museum in Maurach/Eben,

If you have forgotten your adapter or charging cable at home, you can borrow one at the reception for the duration of your stay.
Deposit is not required. Please note that we accept cash and debit card payments, but NO credit cards!
On the day of arrival, the rooms are at your disposal from 02:00 p.m.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 a.m.
Our breakfast buffet is available for you daily from 08:00 to 10:00.
At lunch time we do not have a small menu between 12:00 and 13:00. (not included)
We ask you to arrive for dinner between 18:00 and 19:30.
Your four-legged darling is welcome with us on request. We charge € 15 per day for your dog in its own basket or dog blanket. We would also like to point out that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or in the wellness area. However, you can take your four-legged friend to our panoramic terrace and the lounge.
In the parents room

- from 2 to 3,99 years € 20 per day/per child
- from 4 to 11,99 years € 50 per day/per child
- frpm 12 to 15,99 years € 75 per day/per child

You can park your car free of charge directly in our parking lot. We are also happy to reserve a garage space for you. For this garage space we charge you € 7.-per day. Garage parking is only available on request.
We would like to politely inform you that our entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. You are welcome to enjoy your cigarette or cigar on our terrace or on your room balcony.
Our reception is open from 08:00 to 22:00.
Our cancellation conditions are:
- 60 days before arrival the cancellation is free of charge
- up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the total costs will be charged
- up to 15 days before arrival 75% of the total costs will be charged
- and within 15 days we charge the total amount.
We therefore ask you to take out travel cancellation insurance if you do not already have it.
With your reservation confirmation you can travel free of charge from Jenbach train station with the Regio-Bus-Achensee. On request we can also organize a cab to pick you up at the station.
You are welcome to use our wellness area after check-out. (on request until 6 p.m.)
For this we charge € 10,-- per person (per child up to 11,99 years € 5,--)
In the entire house (except from the dining room) you can use our free internet.
